Capgemini is a French multinational IT services and consulting company headquartered in Paris. Capgemini Engineering is a leader in engineering and R&D services and a global business unit within the Capgemini Group.

I got hired to take headshots of 40 managers from the Nordic management team. I created soft light and used a shallow depth of field to give the portraits a pleasant and authentic office feel without a disturbing background.

I aimed to create a confident and convincing expression with a positive vibe. The challenge was to create a relaxed situation with so many individuals despite time pressure. I shot all the portraits in one day.
